Acceptance

By creating an account and using Ride Ledger, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Service

Ride Ledger provides fleet income tracking software for vehicle fleet owners operating hire-purchase arrangements with drivers. The service is provided via mobile apps (iOS and Android) and a web interface.

Account

You must be 18 years or older to use this service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials. You must not share your account with others (except where Multi-User access is explicitly provided).

Subscription and billing

• Subscriptions are billed per vehicle per month or per year depending on your chosen plan
• Pricing is shown in your local currency at the time of purchase
• There are no automatic renewals — you choose when to renew your subscription
• Refunds are not provided for partial months
• Payment is processed via ClickPesa (mobile money and card)

Your data

You own all fleet data you enter into Ride Ledger. We act as a data processor on your behalf. You can export or delete your data at any time.

Acceptable use

You may not use Ride Ledger to:

• Store or process data that violates any applicable law
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or resell the service
• Upload content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights

Service availability

We aim for 99.5% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible.

Limitation of liability

Ride Ledger is provided "as is". We are not liable for any financial losses arising from reliance on data displayed in the app, service interruptions, or data loss beyond what is covered by our backup policy.

Termination

You may delete your account at any time from the app settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
